Petroleoum (Oil and Gas)

Petroleum is still attractive as a source of energy for mankind. Even the basic level of education we've introduced to petroleum, petroleum is formed from what, how oil is formed and products derived from petroleum.

Experts in Indonesia's oil and gas smart book, oil and gas are formed from three factors:
1. The rocks of Origin (source rock)
Is a type of rock that is geologically is a process of formation of oil and gas.
2. Rocks Reservoir (Reservoir Rock)
Is a porous rock that is able to accommodate the movement (migration) of oil and gas due to the pressure of the earth's core.
3. Trap geological
Earth structures of diverse types and forms and a shift in the earth layers plus the movement of water can create a cavity that can capture the movement of oil and gas migration.
Factors oil and gas formation is strongly influenced by temperature under a layer of earth, which is generally at temperatures of 107 to 1770 Celsius.
