Location and Age of Oil and Gas

Petroleum is a chemical substance that is formed by the complex, consisting of the composition of the hydrocarbon chain, with 85 percent kimias composition of carbon (C) and 15 percent hydrogen (H), also contains organic substances with a small amount of oxygen (0), sulfur (S ), salt, paraffin or nitrogen (N), which will affect the oil and gas properties.

Based on the location and age of petroleum categorized into 4 types which have different uniqueness:
-     young-shallow, acidic (sour), contain aromatic, high viscosity and high sulfur content
-    old-shallow, somewhat watery viscosity, boil point lower, and shorter paraffin chain
-     young-deep, the highest boiling point and very thick not so desirable because it produces gasoline in small amounts
-     old-deep takes the longest to processing, the lowest boiling point and also the most watery viscosity. Contained sulfur can be decomposed into H2S which can be separated

Of the four categories mentioned above petroleum-deep old is kind of a very desirable because it is very lucrative.
